Ok…I had intentions of working further on the snow hut, but by the following day the warmer temperatures made the snow hut look like it was not going to be around for much longer, so then I got the idea to make snow cookies. This was a very quick and easy snow project that did not take any digging (so I was happy). With cookie cutters and a spatula for smoothing the top we went to work making these cute little snow flowers. They were really lovely, and you could have so much fun making hundreds of different shapes, just with cookie cutters! We then did a little food dye painting on them and hey presto, colorful snow shapes. So before the snow becomes slush, get out there and make some of these cool cookies!
